1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Order Cancellation by Naomi Logistics Pvt Ltd

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Product out of stock or unavailable.
  • Errors in pricing or product information.
  • Payment issues or non-receipt of payment confirmation.
  • Orders that do not comply with our Terms & Conditions.

In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If an order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • We do not issue cash refunds.

4. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. All orders must be prepaid using the available secure payment methods.
